NOTE* First, be sure you have “SAVE ORIGINAL PHOTO” turned on in your Instagram settings.
11. Hide Photos You’ve Been Tagged In
When someone tags you in a photo or video on Instagram,
it’s automatically added to your profile under “PHOTOS OF YOU,” unless you opt to add tagged photos manually
Step 1. Go to “Home Page”
Step 2. Then click on “three dots”
Step 3. Then Select “POST OPTIONS”
Step 4. Then “REMOVE TAG”

This will not delete the post from Instagram itself, but it will remove them from your profile, so you and others can not access them.
12. Adjust Your Settings to Approve Tagged Photos Before They Show Up in Your Profile
As we mentioned in the previous step, when someone tags a photo or video of you on Instagram, it’s usually added to your profile automatically. But, you can change your Instagram settings to enable manually selecting which photos you’re tagged in that show up on your profile.

Step 4: Select “Add Manually.” (or Select Add automatically “OFF” )
13. Browse Posts From Certain Locations
One fun thing you can do on Instagram is browsed photos and videos from a specific location, or taken near your current location. I like to do that when I’m planning a trip somewhere, or want to check out a new restaurant and scroll through the pictures taken there.
Here’s how to do both of these things.
To Browse Posts From at a Specific Location:
To search for a specific place: Tap the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of your home screen, which will bring you to the normal search page. When you click on the search bar at the top, four tabs will appear.
Step 1. Choose “Places,”
Step 2. Type in the name of a place.
When you press “Search,” it’ll show you all the top and recent posts that were geotagged with that location.
Browse Posts Near Your Current Location:
Follow the same instructions above to get to “PLACES.” then Tap the search bar, and select “NEAR CURRENT LOCATION.”
14. Drive Traffic to an External Website
One of the biggest disappointments of people with Instagram is that the clickable URL is not allowed anywhere except for the single “website” box in your bio. If you put a URL in a photo caption, it will appear as plain text, which means that users must copy the URL incorrectly, open a web browser, and paste or type there.
People have a stupid way to go to your Instagram profile, where a clickable URL is allowed, people have to use their photo captions to encourage a link to view your profile. Then, frequently update that URL to point to your latest blog content, youtube video, product, or offer.
See the example below from the FaceBook Auto Liker website all SMO. The caption of this photo provides a text call to action to go to the user’s profile so that you can click the link related to the post.
15. Pin Your Instagram Post to Pinterest
To publish an Instagram post to other social accounts, Instagram does not have natural integration with many social networks (excluding Facebook, its parent company).
But in relation to Pinterest, image-loving platforms live together. Here’s a previous way to pin your latest Instagram Story on Pinterest
On the Instagram mobile app,
Step 1. Tap a post to view it in full,
Step 2. Then tap the three dots to the top-right of the image.
Step 3. Select “Copy Share URL” to attach the picture’s link to your clipboard.
Step 4. Open the Pinterest mobile app or download it on the Play Store
Step 5. select the “+” icon to the top right to add a new pin,
then you will see a menu of options where you can add your “COPIED LINK” to a new Pin or board on your profile.
17. Hide Ads You Don’t Find Relevant
Instagram tries to show you ads that are interesting and relevant to you. You can see ads based on the people you follow and Instagram, or things you go to on third-party websites and apps.
If you see sponsored posts, you do not feel relevant, however, you can learn Instagram and gradually teach your algorithms which you like and do not like to see.
Step 1. Tap on the three dots to the right of a post labeled “SPONSORED”
Step 2. Then choose “HIDE THIS”
Step 3. After choose “HIDE THIS.” then Choose “it’s Not Relevant”
From there, it will ask you to share why you no longer want to see the ad.
You can also opt-out of viewing ads based on sites and apps from Instagram and Facebook from the settings of your device. Note that even though you opt-out of seeing these types of ads, you will still see ads based on your Instagram and Facebook activity.
18. Send Photos Privately to Your Friends
Posting photos with all your followers or people are not the only way to share content on Instagram. You can also share them with individual or multiple users, such as Facebook messages or group text messages.
You can either send a new picture to friends or send a photo that you or someone else has already posted.
To send a new photo privately,
You can access your direct messages at any time by clicking on the mailbox icon at the top right of your homepage.
To send an existing photo privately, start by opening the post you want to share – it can be of your own or somebody else, as long as there is a public account later.
After this, click on the paper-airplane-like icon below the post, then select if you want to receive it when the “SEND TO” box appears.
